Orders and contract

Product pages invite an order in USD. A contract is formed when payment is accepted and we send order confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order affected by stock error, suspected fraud, an undeliverable address or a clear pricing mistake. Products are original or generic industrial designs and quantities may be limited.

Product description and finish

We sell finished physical blackened-steel and iron home accessories. Photography represents form and use, but sealed surface tone, grinding character and visible weld detail may vary by batch and light. Dimensions and weight carry reasonable manufacturing tolerances. Nothing is sold as an installation, welding or structural service.

Metal, edges and load safety

Metal objects can have firm corners, weight and visible weld points even after edge finishing. Inspect on arrival, lift heavier pieces safely and keep them away from young children. These products are not toys.

Adhesive and magnetic products have limited load. The customer must assess the substrate, clean it correctly, allow adhesive cure time, balance the load and inspect it regularly. Adhesive or magnetic pieces are not structural fixings and must not hold valuable, dangerous or injury-critical items. Freestanding pieces require a level surface and published load limits.

Flameless decor and care

Geometric candle holders are supplied for the included flameless LED lights only; never use an open flame. Products make no antibacterial, purification or health claim. Keep steel dry, avoid abrasive cleaner and standing water, and follow the care instructions supplied.

Membership

Iron Club and Iron Studio renew monthly or yearly until cancelled. Benefits apply while active and are not points, stored value or transferable cash. Iron Studio includes one limited physical curated object per quarter subject to an up-to-date delivery address. Styling guidance is aesthetic only and does not include installation or structural advice. Cancel before renewal through the customer portal; access continues to the paid period end.

Age

Children under 13 may not use the store. Anyone aged 13–17 needs a parent or guardian's agreement and participation before creating an account, submitting a form or ordering.

Consumer rights and liability

Nothing limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights relating to faulty goods, or liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for damage caused by ignoring published surface, load, placement, care or age warnings.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers retain mandatory protections of their home jurisdiction. Contact support first so we can attempt to resolve a concern; this does not remove a right to use a court or statutory dispute route.
