Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

Ironleaf supports lawful personal and trade purchase of original or generic industrial-style home objects. This policy protects customers, the store, payment providers and the integrity of limited physical releases.

Prohibited activity

• fraud, chargeback abuse, stolen payment credentials or false delivery identities;
• security probing, scraping that degrades service, malware, account takeover or interference with checkout;
• using contact or trade forms for spam, harassment or unlawful material;
• purchasing for deceptive resale as counterfeit, misrepresenting origin, or attaching third-party marks to imply affiliation;
• using membership early access or limited objects in a fraudulent resale scheme.

Intellectual property use

Products use original or generic industrial geometry without third-party characters, marks or protected artwork. Customers may photograph owned products for ordinary personal or truthful resale listings, but may not use Ironleaf content or products to infringe intellectual property, create counterfeit provenance or imply endorsement.

Unsafe repurposing

Do not represent adhesive, magnetic, leaning or decorative goods as structural, climbing, child-safety, fire, security or life-safety equipment. Do not convert flameless candle holders for open flame. Published load and care boundaries must remain with goods supplied to another user.

Our response

We may limit access, cancel and refund an unsafe or suspicious order, preserve evidence, or report conduct where proportionate and lawful. We assess context and give notice where doing so would not undermine security, fraud prevention or legal duties.
